It's fair now. since only astra can star anywhere in the whole map so she deserves to have longer cds to be more careful about using her stars.It's making the game balanced.

Astra will always be good. From what i understood putting Fake and Random Stars is nerfed, right? Still she can hold a whole side like a Tank on her own.

Imo she is not trash (atleast not yet). The only thing is every agent has a significance and it got really hot in Astra's case.
Controllers help the duelist make space on the site so the support players enter and plant. Astra's significance was that she could help as an Initiator too by pushing back defenders with her pull and stun. She could also sell a fake while doing all this. Now that she has 4 stars and regain timer is also increased, she can neither pre plan, nor distract players on other site. Also if she makes one mistake with the star, she loses, now much more important, star and the ability cooldown wastes a lot of time
