How many vcc we will have this year

I am confused i saw something in the begining of year that we will have vcc apac split 1 and vcc apac split 2, i saw on liquipedia

that teams will get circuit points from apac challengers so does that means teams which had qualified for apac challengers only they are able to go to masters 2 and we will have vcc for lcq? Or something else pls can anyone explain

there will be 2 VCCs most probably one for each challengers and there could also be something for LCQ
