I feel like split is a death pick because of it is so defense sided. Opinions?

Yes I agree but I think if you are very very confident about your attack side you gonna have massive advantage
when both teams are bad the map is always good for defense
It's only often with 100Thieves matches with the extreme defense sided advantages though. (10-2, 11-1, 12-0)
