why do competitive rulings for G2 take so long?

everytime there's some ruling to be made about g2 it's never on time, they always take forever

U mean the Heaven C site Bug exploit. Only explanation I can think of is RIOT had nothing to do with that round as G2 lost the round. So no needed to replay the round. Navi did the same thing and won the round. Then they instantly replayed that round. That's the only thing I can think of.
