I have great tactical executes for every map but i dont have any background in fps, how could I approach a team to coach them? I am fine for coaching them without any money for first 2 months
not_toxic_at_all [#5]you probably can't. you can still try tho (good luck!)
Dont know man but worth a try
number1_ScreaM_fan [#10]I couldve easily become coach but i only want to help liquid. unfortunatley sliggy the piggy is a 15head coach and only potter rivals him
How dare you mock Sliggy's intelligence? Obviously he's a 200head coach. Only amateur NA couches can reach that low. Matter of fact we don't even know Sliggy's intelligence because of how high it is. Same with potter.

if sliggy the piggy wasnt working for liquid i wouldve submitted my multiple award winning resumes by now. But with sliggy in liquid i couldnt even dare to think about submitting my resume

U might grab the attention of some orgs if you do well.
No need to have any background in any other fps game ( yes it would beneficial if you had one but doens't really matter)
That's how some coaches got into the professional scene
Glgl
Thanks mate i will drop videos soon

Join as an analyst, you get to work under the great sliggy the piggy
Post vids on yt of you analysing games.
Play with a group of friends as the coach, gain popularity. Use social media whilst doing so.
Ask people in esports on social media and emails any chance you get about any advice or how to become a coach.
EDIT:
ALSO promote yourself on as many sites you can such as the self promotion channels in the vlr discord or other discords aswell.
I don't know, but some idea: Make YouTube channel where you add all sort of videos that have something to do with coaching. Do VOD reviews and deeply go through what you see, like, don't like etc. Just to prove that you have some ideas and maybe even show these in their own specific videos. You can also do some mental stuff etc if that is something you like.
And after that simply try to join some amateur teams. There are for sure bunch of amateur teams that would want to get a coach if they had the possibility. Just try to approach people in DMs etc. Obviously you most likely aren't going to get paid for long time before you gain reputation, but what else can you expect? And when you start getting some reputation and experience just keep doing same things and maybe start approaching some teams that could pay you or find teams that are recruiting coaches etc. Its just hard grind and luck.
Good luck!
your rank should be at least immortal, now that you've good brain ,Start grinding on your rank.Keep posting videos on your analysis of matches, plays etc (I hope you blow up),Eventually you'll find a team in need of a coach and join them
good luck
Edit : start off with analysis of Any Indian match (maybe GE),YOU MAY BLOW UP

Analysing is easy I could do that but i enjoy more in making my own stratergies and idk if its just like a mental feeling that i had made these so these must be good but my executes have no holes. Should I make vedios of my own stratergies too?

But I think rank doesnt matters for coaches

Why not? I mean you don't really lose anything by showing them considering that you aren't even in a team yet. Post some of them or even potential execute videos on different places like YouTube, Reddit etc. and try to find people who can give their opinions about your executes. Try to find communities that are into that type of stuff. This is where you will gain some reputation, connections and can improve.
Also I think you should approach it like if you wanted to be a content creator. Because in the end of the day its pretty similar when you want to get interactions and recognition. Just pump out good content and try to be active in multiple platforms. Because by doing that you will hopefully gain some reputation and get connections and interest and overall put yourself and your ideas out there. You can even try to title your videos and put good thumbnails that would attract people. That's at least what I would do. Making videos like "THIS is why SENTINELS are the best Bind team!" (they aren't, but just example and you get the idea) have way higher chance at attracting people than just putting title like "Sentinels vs NRG VOD Review". Because I think you should first start putting yourself out there and start building some sort of platform while coaching for amateur teams and getting experience. Just ideas, but that would be my approach, but everyone has their own ways.
