I watched the NA/EU/LATAM/BR broadcasts and all 4 are in terrible picture quality. The 1080p60 of NA/EU/LATAM looks more like a stretched 720p and the BR live is even worse, the 1080p60 is actually between 360p~480p, Riot doesn't know how to configure the OBS?

It's not my internet, all channels are with a good broadcast quality, but when I put in any of these 4 VCT on Twitch or Youtube the broadcast is bad even at maximum quality.

Yeah.
All other streams for me is fine but vct streams are bad here.
Not that bad but has a lot of bad pixels in the stream. dunno how to explain it in english xD
