When you are, which region and how many points you have?

Mine is like:

(when I didn't pick the winning option, I can change teams in next stage and score)

so right now I have:

KR 6/6 - pick score 5/6
EU 2/4 - pick score 1/4
NA 3/4 - pick score 2/4

total 11/14 - score 8/14
