not really, u even didnt watch the game. Riot giving u a unlisted youtube live link or live ip for vlc. Riot is responsible for that live streams.

your problem is more likely to be resolved, if you direct your message to the broadcaster of the day instead of "asking riot to resign" which makes no sense
