BR VCT is just weird. 2 open quals, 2 closed quals, group stage and then playoffs

Because TSM kept crying and complaining that they needed more time for content and streaming so they delayed it.

It's probably just because of scheduling and this is how Riot organizations chose to set it up. There could be many reasons to why they set NA/KR/JP to be later on.
