Open Quals 2 Teams

I’ve been trying to find info on the situation with Open Quals 2 EMEA being full before teams had even finished playing (like YONK etc).
I just saw that they got put in manually, does anyone know if random teams just got kicked out for them to play??

It looks like riot just edited their insciption time to be the time that inscriptions opened. Like this they are automatically in and the previous last teams to be admitted are out

First 2, 3 waited teams got in because teams like Vitality, Guild , Alliance automatically qualified for closed qualifier 2. So those spots filled by first few teams.

why would they open the registration for 2nd open qualifiers before the 1st closed qualifiers ended? couldn't they just wait 2 days after it ended to open registration for the 2nd one?

They have a strict time schedule, because of the vrl's. But they should communicated more about the registration and do 512 slots.

No time to wait. Second qualifier starts right after 1st qualifier. But they never published it as per my knowledge.
