FPX as an org will not be satisfied with playing in low tier CIS VRL for avg 500 viewers, only to be eliminated in Promotion Tournament by stronger teams from stronger EU subregions, and repeat this process over again
I think if FPX don't qualify to EMEA they will get dropped
