If you spam e and right click on neon it not only save a bar of mana but also makes you travel faster.

Well its not like the whole mana bar left unsued but comparitevily two small bars were remained out of 5 when i used this instead of 1 on regularly running. And if you press rightclick after 0.5 second of pressing e its save 3 bars but will take same time
