Nah with how TenZ overplayed it, it does look like a PR stunt and in my personal opinion he wont be joining Sentinels with a probability of 85%
the roster is being finalized today, so the name of the 5th is not the reason as to why it's being announced after JonahP, it's just that the last player is harder to choose
