A suggestion of buffs/nerfs

Nerfs

Yoru - Either -1 tp or no kill refresh on tp
Viper - Decay damage reduced from -20 to -10 when moving through wall. Reduced decay speed when in orb/ult and only decay to 40 hp instead of 1
Waylay - Saturate slight size reduction or pop speed reduction. NOT both
Neon - No slide refund on 2k. She can enter with sprint she doesn't need her annoying ass slide 3 times a round. Switch it to stun or some shit

Buffs

Yoru - Give him his abilities back in ult. This nerf only made the character less fun to play, and it only really affects 2/3 rounds a half at max. His tp is the problem.
Breach - Stun CD 60 -> 40 seconds. Why is this ability on the same cooldown as actually good ones like Dart/Knife/Eye?
Kayo - Add one pulse to Molly or increase damage/pulse. More stopping power is always good.
Cipher - Cages deal 5 chip damage to enemies that cannot kill when walking through them.
Vyse - Flash is indestructible during placement animation or info on flash. The ability is SHIT rn.
Brim - Smoke time 19.25 -> 20.5s

So yoru should not get refreshable ability while literally all other duelists have it. So tell me why anyone would pick Yoru at that point

hes also the only movement duelist that gets two charges of his signature without needing a kill. Hence -1 OR no refresh

I agree, but some of these changes aren't purely focused on pro play, and Kayo is just historically shit in ranked

I mean they kind of already turned kayo flash into a better Yoru flash when they made the left click pop on rebound.

What i mean is that kayo's flash by default has a timer set in, but, give him the yoru flash mechanic, and it changes things as now he has basically unlimited distance.
Mayb make it only on left click and right click does underhand or smtn

good start to the list, I would also argue that slight buffs on scans 60s -> 47.5~50s would be needed for current meta issues
Also, veto buff that agent unplayable lmao

Im hesitant to buff veto cause if the game moved towards double initiator with lots of utility he can shutdown I fear interceptor could become too strong

For the TP change you can either do 1 TP with a super long duration (but I'm not a big fan of this one) and that can be refreshed, 2 TPs no refresh (doesn't really solve the problem IMO), or 1 TP with a cooldown but the cooldown is only active after you use the TP to teleport not when you launch it initially (also less cooldown with kills?).
