-LAN
-Trophy
-No seeding games --> after qualifying for example top 3 NA, 3rd: qualifies + 0 points, 2nd: qualifies + 20 points, 1st: trophy + qualifies + 50 points

also seeding should be just like in the LCS https://liquipedia.net/leagueoflegends/LCS/2021/Summer/Playoffs
so that there arent many seeding games in the actual challengers

Open qual must have seeding games to create the groups

The seeding for playoffs will be based on the performance in the round-robin stage.

Technically, the playoffs will be seeding matches, too. But, for Masters' groups.

Adding a trophy and making it LAN helps by giving teams the incentive for 'glory'. However, a league like the VCT lacks the prestige that any LoL league has built up from 10 years of competition. It could end up doing nothing.

the event is a 12 team single round robin Bo3 into an 8 team playoff

kinda agree but a trophy is always something u wann fight for. its not gonna be nearly as big as the LCS but its a start, it needs time to get more important. also adding circuit points makes it so you're playing for a spot at champions instead of just a better seed
