bug

During the posting cooldown period, when trying to reply to a comment, the x seconds remaining text is shown.
After that period if when we try to post the same thing(from the same window), instead of replying to the comment, the reply is added to the post replies.
It happened to me here

It happens when you spam the submit post twice
