Are year end stats working for everyone?

It keeps redirecting me to some other link even tho I made the appropriate "account changes to receive the year end stats". I am talking about the official riot one which was saying "sign up to see your stats" inside the game

I haven't received although I checked to be able to get emails from riot :(
I don't think they forgot as in someone manually does this and sends. it's an automatic job that has been performed and, for some reason, we lost the chance
