Need Tips

I recently reached Plat 3 and now in most matches I am at Mid table or bottom fragging. I can only top frag in 1 out of 5-6 matches. Btw I play smokes or Sentinel depending on what we need in a match.
Need some tips to improve.

• Instalock Reyna , wait for your KJ to go in the site , once he dies you get info where the enemy is -
• but most players make this mistake and peek after KJ dies
• if you want to have impact , let the sova go in after KJ and when Sova dies peek instantly , you'll get a kill
• But sometimes when you arent feeling it , you might whiff on the enemy , so i suggest wait for both Sova and KJ to die and let Astra walk in too , once Astra gets killed the enemy guy would prolly reload his gun
• This is your opportunity , just peek when you hear the reload sound
• It is probable that you will get traded but you have dismiss so try to act as if you are getting out but instead get killed , that way teammates would think you arent baiting them
• Once the round finishes , blame your bottomfrag KJ and say 'i got my one'
• Even though you will lose some games (mostly all) but you will still have team MVP to brag about how you dont deserve this rank

I think I might be that KJ and Astra and you might be the duelist in my ranked games lol. In some games though not in most
