Is there something like that in which Riot dont allow Top Dog's like Sentinels and 100t , tsm to participate in 3rd Party cause we can rarely see them playing any matches (ONLY IN OFFICIAL ONE'S)

They did tho, or it was NSG, masters teams (even masters 1) couldnt participate in NSG 2nd tier tournaments for the whole year
