for some reason I always got about 160 in both

Play a lot of death-match focusing on movement (peeking only with a or d), crosshair placement (pre-aiming and angle holding), 3 a day focusing 1 to movement and 2 to crosshair placement should be enough. To game-sense improvement try vod reviewing yourself, watching pros and copying their setup/what they do in the early mid and late game. The best educational channel rn is probably Sero on youtube.
