b3rzera1 [#2]could u just confirm if most of those ppl sound turkish ? its key intel
tbh idk, i suppose most of them dont have native english speaker accents
dimmed [#4]You like being dehumanised?
dogs are cuter than humans, and if u were gonna dehumanise someone, why not a rat or something icky
Aminbg02 [#6]its more of a being called an animal than specifically dog
aha i see
asunaluvr [#5]dogs are cuter than humans, and if u were gonna dehumanise someone, why not a rat or something icky
Thats... well tbf this on me for not elaborating, when people call you a dog it's less on your physical appearance and more a slight on your character. Calling someone a dog could mean a few things like suggesting they are mentally deficient but also saying they're "trained"
because dogs are owned by humans
so when they call you dog, they basically saying they own you aka they are better
Aminbg02 [#6]its more of a being called an animal than specifically dog
Then why is no one using “cat” as an insult?
oh oh i know this
this was explained to me by someone who tried to say "bitch" is a misogynistic slur
as dogs are owned by humans and thus often seen as a lesser being by said humans
KINGMANNY42 [#11]because dogs are owned by humans
so when they call you dog, they basically saying they own you aka they are better
that makes sense
thanks !!

if u specified one of my explanations might be they might be muslim and in islam according to one of their religious texts(forgot which book) its considered a bad thing to have dogs cuz according to that text "Angels dont enter a house which has a dog or a picture" . I said turkey cuz turkey has one of the highest muslim populations in EU .
