realistically, faze and sen are the only orgs that would take him. unlikely that he's going back to sen though
He is Black Listed by Riot. They don't want to show him on a Stream or Stage. Imagine a VCT with Crowd and People shouting things towards sinatraa. Will never happen unless he makes it to somewhere on his own.
pretty sure george said that sinatraa is no longer blacklisted by riot, just that there is no org that is interested in him rn
