stax is the oldest at 21, they have up to 7 years more until military

no, because this shows them their weaknesses and what needs to be changed, which they never really get in asia
all 6 players are solid, unless vs gets a big buyout or someone falls off massively i dont see any changes

yes they should kick all of them other than lakia and buyout the old nuturn because they can actualy play the game
