Actually VALORANT doesn't have big skill cap (fire power skill) yet
I've seen so many jett main sucks in awp but still getting radiant because you need just to hold an angle, shaz used to do it well with jett awp.
plus + his CSGO multi-task (he is used to maintain many informations in game from CS) so it's ez to him to get a team.
