Why didn't riot fix the exploit?

It's been known for so long now and riot has punished teams but not fixed the bug

Well tbh a professional team using a known exploit in a match which was streamed live to 200-300k viewers for which teams have been penalized previously is something that u just won't believe would happen but it did. Shitty decision by Riot to not fix the bug. Even Shittier decision by VK IGL to use it.
