drop your rant about this community:

If yay had stopped playing (gone on an indefinite hiatus) after Champs 2022, I believe he would’ve gotten the same reaction Leo gets now. That’s what happens when your past glory is big enough to shift people’s mindset.

Yet it’s so stupid that many people don’t take into account things like hiatus time, meta shifts, and team chemistry. They just think, “if it worked years ago, then it should work today.”

ehh leo played more stable agents and if he didn't leave he'd still be on fnatic so it would inturn help his case, Yay just had a lot of things go wrong for him which is rly sad

just a rant. Kinda annoyed with how much people that suddenly hate the current FNC rosters and saying shit like, "If Leo is playing...".

You can't compare yay with Leo though, they both play different roles, and the way their teams played around then is also different. Yay was basically the main star of optic, so they had to set him up to get kills and win games. Whereas, Leo had a different role as an initiator in FNC and GLD if my memory serves me correctly. It's like comparing oranges with apples.

but the hype would be the same if Leo case also happens to Yay
(hiatus at the peak or near peak of his career and then rumoured to comeback years later)

and he had WAY better mechanics than yay

yes. He DID plays agents with impactful until. But it was 2 years ago.
The fact that people believe Leo would instantly make FNC better than with Crashies is kinda crazy tho.

no body had better mechanics than yay in 2022. aspas was probably a close second but leo could never achieve the peak of what yay did
