because almost every pro/aspiring pro is looking forward to play in pro city because its better version of ranked with no streamsnipers and throwers and by performing, many can even get some orgs or teams interested in them but this instead "kills" ranked cuz only bums will be filled in them who live by streamsniping and throwing

because if you go to pro city's site , u can see there are literally all top radiants there. so maybe riot thought that if everyone is playing this only their ranked will be dead so that's why maybe they are tryna cause problems and shit but i think the same as you too
