Focus on players that have high upside instead of picking up players just because of their reputation in the tier 1/2 scene

EG picking up icy was an extremely safe pickup for them when it came to replacing jawgemo since icy was part of G2 instead of picking up a guy like Okeanos who was trialing for EG as well. Now we see Okeanos shine at LEV being a player who can practically play any role given to him outside of duelist.

It feels like they are just scouting rejects from other tier 1 teams instead of looking for the next Demon1 in the tier 3 NA scene, there are players out there like sonofcar and notexxd who would probably fry in trials if given the chance but ig EG aren't that ambitious anymore

you can't fix anything if your coach doesn't do vetoes properly and cant save her life to make competent comps around player's strength

what is she supposed to do when her one duelist player, who wasnt comfortable on sentinel, goes back on duelist and goes -15

when u see how icy dies, he's always alone going into site with no supporting utils. isn't it the coach's job to implement on how to support the duelist entrying? even if the best duelist in the world plays for eg when the gameplan sucks you'd also be -15 every map

i refuse to believe potter says, "icy run in as a human drone, u dont need util just go kill all 5" there must be some game plan, and clearly the initiators on the team don't understand how to use util, especially nature

that's the point, her gameplan, comps are very questionable at times. she's a great coach but her decision making is a hit or miss

i feel like you have blind hate for potter, she is making yay play clove/chamber/jett, clearly she is playing to his strengths as their star player

i also don't get how icy is dropping stinkers on sentinel when he gets to bait his team and clearly his most played role is sentinel

not really, how can u not like her for making 2023 eg world champs. it's prolly i hold her to a higher standing than most coaches. since why would you let sen have both lotus and corrode in the map veteos?

i just think that icy has his DAD in the scene and he puts in there, how its possible 1st than he joined in G2 and then EG, its like u forgot u won the champs cuz u sign a t3 player and instead of do trials (there was no way they did trials with t2 kids and their final answer was ICY :vv), its pretty obvious when guys comes from NOWHERE and wins nothing. (Leader😂, NaturE and supamen were retired COME ON MAN, and what actually immi wons in EXCEL GC to be in franchising actually)

In short, laifu i know where tf your flag is from, but i agree wit u. Magic Potter in these cases cant do everything...
