this is just how it is, many league pros dont accept offers from tier 1 bottom tier teams, because it will kill their career if you dont 1v9 which is unlikely, but many young players dont think about this, they just wanna prove themselves in tier 1

Yeah but also if noone signs to them because of previous reputation they stay bad as well makes it hard for regional leagues to be truly competitive but it makes sense I'd rather join an already good team than a bad one too
