I don't think NiP would leave europe to pick up a line up of players that never won anything in Brazil. Honestly these teams and players you mentioned have low to none expectations for BR level let alone to compete at international level.
The only exception i would say is Aspas, what makes more sense for NiP is probably bringing already consolidate and experienced players in the scene.
Rather than see these weak teams playing each other all again i would like to see 1/2 BR superteams than can actually be dominant in the region.
NIP said that they are coming to Brazil to create a superteam, probably Aspas is already in that team, the other players can be chosen from already consolidated teams that exist right now, The pay gap existent in NIP could make some players jump to NIP side, that means that it could be created a SuperTeam to dominate the Brazilian cenary, like Heat, Aspas, Sacy, Mwzera and etc type of team. I created a low income team using players that i think deserve more recognition, it's completely subjective if they are gonna do good or bad in the future. I just think they deserve an Org to play.
