this guy fluked in Toronto and is nothing but mechanics (somewhat inconsistent too)
FNATIC wont win champs if he is on the team
LOCK//IN:
Tokyo:
EWC:
regional finals:
boaster impact comes mainly from his hardwork/understanding of how to build a team so he would easily be an insane coach, his calling can be replaced but nats would be a stylistic change for fnatic for sure, Fnatic shouldnt get nats so we can have several good EMEA teams and just try to have Boaster build crashies as an igl imo, the synergy between a coach and igl is key and crashies does have experience under Boaster + really good brain/leadership skills
I mean, you wouldnt be replacing Boaster since he would stay in the team, the only change is that u dont have him to lead him to lead you in the server but u still get to hear his input at least a few times per map, an adaptation process would be needed for crashies for sure but he would have elite players in terms of individual skill and experience to make it easier on top of having the best coach itw and possibly the best teacher in valorant
It is a tough conversation and probably no one will agree but
Alfajer has only had one impressive event since Tokyo, and that was in Toronto
2024 he was very average, and hes been awful in regionals/ewc this year
Also it seems there’s a big focus in the team about making sure he’s feeling and performing well, which may be a distraction
