Chamber could be now used as a second awper
and we could see 2 awp meta soon

2:30 min a day. Prob just like 1 hour of aim train to get ur aim back. then 2 games of ranked(or unrated honestly not even that bad) to just understand how the new agents and maps play. Probably just a week or so and you'll be fine.

first week
Practice range
2 DM
1 unrated
Some aimlabs[they don't improve your aim for valorant but help in exercising hands(specially tracking tasks)]
after the first week
2 dm
2-3 comps should be enough for a day

I don't think it is important, I usually play for a few hours on the weekends. The main thing that helped me improve was to think critically about everything you are doing. Think what effect you want your utility to have, what angles you need to clear when moving onto a site, paying special attention when aiming.

at start I had holidays so I played ~5-6 hours a day, now I play one deathmatch then jump into a compi, I play 2 games a day for now
