for a long time sage has been regarded as an icebox staple. But is that justified? Was doing some data analysis and found something quite interesting: in the 246 times in Stage 3 VCT that a team with sage played a team without sage (on icebox), the non-sage-team won 154 and the sage-team only won 92. That's a 63% winrate for the team without sage, and this is a fairly large dataset, so I don't think it's a sample size issue. In addition, I know sage isn't meant to be fragging, but every single other agent averages more frags on this map, even util agents like Killjoy, Viper and Sova. Even sage herself averages more frags than this on every other map except breeze.
What's going on here?
