Does Unrated even balance the match making?

In this Unrated game Our Sova was Diamond 1, Opponent Reyna was Silver 3, Our Skye was Bronze 2. This happened in Bahrain servers so maybe because there are less players on Bahrain servers it happened? Or because Unrated doesn't have Balance system? Because i don't think even a Unrated match should have a Diamond 1 and Bronze 2 in the same game

i think it goes by account level? Because when i play with friend on smurf unrated and main unrated we can see the difference between our games. (Illinoi servers btw)

nah I don't think so. I played against a level 457 (!!!!!) on my level 9 second account

this kind of things always happens to me... more than once i've played with immo and diamond players in unrated being a silver 2 player (highest peak was gold 1)
