Because they consider themselves too good for lowly tournaments like that

I mean, they don't even have a full roster at the moment so its kinda hard to compete

most probably TSM is taking a break from the game and re-evaluate life choices they'll get banged by twitter if they join T2 tournies we need JBL or redbull tournie with rejected teams
valorant elite showdown is the new tourney for NA to fill the gap of VCT, $25000 prize pool, tsm for sure gonna play.
because they need a full roaster to play
