there’s so many moves happening between every split, because teams are scared to waste time
players get no job security and have little chances to prove themselves
another reason why we should be having more games in a season

A mid player isnt gonna survive no matter what. Unless its a mid table or bottom tier org.

the issue is that orgs have to decide if the player is mid after only a couple of games
if a player is truly mid even after having time to mesh with the roster, then kick them, no problem

Let's not act like 4 months isn't a lot of time. Sure there aren't many officials, but it honestly doesn't matter generally

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If there were more games, each individual game wouldn’t carry as much weight and teams wouldn’t feel as much pressure to make changes the moment things start going south. Giving teams more games gives them time to test the waters and try to fix shit instead of "Oh shit, we lost our first 2 games in Stage 1, if we lose a 3rd we're pretty much out of playoffs and Masters"

yes look at cs soo many games a bottom tier team plays only 12 games a year which is crazy it should be atleast double of that 24+ minimum
