Valorant vs CS technical pause

I started watching CS because of Valo, and I noticed that Valorant LAN pro matches have so many technical pauses. I've seen a couple of CS games, and I've never seen any technical pause. What is wrong with these people working behind the camera to avoid these technical pauses

obviously there are tech pauses in cs as well but worst case scenario they switch the pc and it shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes

It’s because cs has a higher budget than Val because they have an infinite money maker steam but riot only has league and Val the only places that has really good pcs or little tech issues is pacific and china since esports is big there. And also esports bleed a lot of money anyway

but valve has nothing to do with the events besides offering the licensing to tournament organizers and offering a budget for the majors
