i do not understand what you mean.
my previous post says we can segregate both rrq and talon since they have different map diffs and place them 1st and 4th respectively since rrq have a greater map diff than all of t1/ns/tln, and tln have a worse map diff than ns/t1/rrq.

Exactly. The Segregation of rrq comes from the 4 way tie rule of prioritising the map diff first if there's no clear winner of head to head but they only weirdly applied that rule to rrq alone when talon has the worst map differential.
