g2 (the guard) just got unlucky and didnt get picked for franchising it wasnt really a skill issue thing it was more of an org thing and rito

dont even thing it was matter of luck, guard were crimbeling internally and the org wanted to back out of esports in future, as riot you dont really want that kind of org in a frachise

dont they get to stay another year if they make champs (which is almost guaranteed atp) and then 2027 they're reviewing the franchising teams so surely g2 gets picked over some other bum ahh org

yeah its not likely that they are getting relegated, but the point im trying to make is a team as good as g2 still faces the chance of relegation despite their success, while teams teams like furia get to stay

Boom 2022 and onic 2022 was literally top 3-4 APAC back then (excluding KR).
