if ur gonna have 3 tech pauses a day, at least show us the problem being fixed.
if someone's PC is being replaced, show the person bringing in the new one and setting it up. I don't want to see boo drinking coffee and ange1 leaning back in his chair.
show me the solution to the problem and I'd care less tbh
