I will do it according to my opinion, do yours too if you want

1- APAC without a doubt the region that has the strongest and most competitive teams internationally, T1, DRX and GenG?
2- AMER the region that has the strongest team in the world (G2) and also has promising teams like KRU, MIBR
3- EMEA In my opinion it is almost at the same level as AMER but I think G2 has a very strong impact on this decision, strong teams like FNC and VIT make EMEA better than China and almost as good as AMER
4- Finally, China has one of the strongest teams in the world (EDG), but apart from EDG, there are no other teams that can be competitive in international events.

Both regions are pretty terrible, however AMER definitely does edge it out, especially with G2 playing the way they are now though.
