NRG taking zero accountability

I have noticed they usually just brush it off with "bad day," "we didn't show up," "xeppa life game," and so many others.

Is there a reason for this? Like do they not wanna admit they are just horrible right now cause it might lead to death of synergy like old nrg?

When you have a team that admits to not trying in practice and with half their roster wanting to retire after this year, why do you expect accountability?
