what better way to buff the gunplay than removing RNG spray patterns?
They are not interested in removing RNG, they'd rather reforce it.
They want bad players to ge their dopamine hits when they get a random HS.
It is intentional that a silver player could kill Aspas
It is bad for the company ($) if new players feel like they would get constantly shit on by veterans/ ppl that took time to master it.
It would also make it less adictive for good players if they always got their wins in direct correspondence to their skill.

good players will still shoot silvers in the head because silvers dont move in gunfights and are sitting ducks. it will only make the game more competitive for players plat+ who at least know that you should move around in gunfights.
nothing will change in lower elo

That is not my point, I'm just saying that in Val if a silver player face Aspas in a 100 duels, he might win 5. In Cs, if a silver player face Donk 100, he might not kill him once.
