Nah he's been this good the nerfs made it easier for people to look into him than before he's been this good for a while

meta shifted in his favour most of the duelists have very few util while yoru still has 2 tps 2 flashes a good ult and a fake decoy
Most of the sentinels counter other duelists while yoru is the only duel who can bait sentinel utility like easily thru his clones tp and ult
Teyo + Breach meta made way for yoru as yoru has good synergy w both of those agents breach stun into yoru flashes and teyo mollies have become a staple for entry, Plus yoru is good w the op and has a very flexible playstyle
Plus the map pool kinda favours him rn see Abyss and Bind go and I think he will be used less in Ascent and much less in Icebox, overall he has alot going for him rn
