gsync + vsync + reflex is the best for smoothness

gsync + vsync makes vsync function as an FPS cap (it caps your framerate slightly below your refresh rate, 138fps for a 144hz panel so it's on constantly and very smooth feeling even though it's technically lower fps), and reflex just lowers your system latency

Neither for valorant. They cause input-lag. If you're dealing with screen tearing in other games, G-sync is superior

No, when vsync+gsync is on, vsync doesn't add any latency
