Cancel overlapping or reschedule the meetings and yeah no camera, 2 sets of earpiece for each job if they can’t be cancelled

As long as the works gets done, they can do whatever they want tbh imo
Unless they're clocking in fake hours, but I'm pretty sure Government workers are salaried
