Need winter running shoes

My job is in a freezer like -7 to -17 degrees Fahrenheit. I be running jumping n shit, but cant have my feet get cold or wet. Reccs?

they give us them for free, so thats not an issue, however they will break open and cause blisters. that happens to my buddy in his gloves, i imagine shoes are much worse

how badly do they burn/blister you? i wear them on my bare hands under the glolves and that shit makes myhands black in the center

i think what youre looking for is winter socks. like insulated socks or something like that

i would suggest you get water proof shoes like these hokas

and add uniqlo heattech socks so you will be warm
