im sorry i fat fingered it😭
Ok jokes aside I'm pretty sure they're fine.
Pearl is arguably G2's best map (or maybe Abyss) and EDG were the first to push them that far, I saw a very noticeable difference in G2's setups against specifically EDG - G2 usually really likes assigning specific positions/roles that players must follow e.g. Trent play in secret and stay alive, use this and that util at this moment etc. etc. However against EDG they played far more loose because EDG don't give them any respect whatsoever and could push that person if they are alone and ruin G2's plans of playing 'perfect valorant' You'll notice that G2 actually needed some hero plays to win rounds as well - something they don't usually need. As for EDG their pearl isn't even one of the best maps so it's quite promising that they did that already, the crazy shit that each player can pull off is insane and though some argue you can't keep doing that consistently they kinda do (clutching). If they work a bit more on set strats it's looking great
As for TL I heard other people & analysts say their split is also their best map or at least one of their best coming into Bangkok. I haven't watched them enough to judge it myself because they just pull out the glue regardless at times (OT of split) but the first 2/3 of Split looked fine from them tbh I thought they weren't playing badly at all.
Regardless though, EDG's haven, fracture and lotus are all extremely good.
