China may be a tiny bit less good than the other regions. But EDG transcends regions. They are the GOATS
No, i don't remember which ones but the only fluke tournaments were the ones where Riot nerfed Skye and Viper during their Peak like a week before the Tournament. Level of play was just so much worse for those 2
