TL allergic to taking time outs

Maybe I missed them taking the second time out on pearl but, if I did not then what are we cooking here????
istg, it's been like this since forever, even in 2023 at Tokyo, they were down 5-11 against nrg on split after losing haven, on an Eco, and only then do they use their final time out, instead of you know, any time before that. And now this AGAIN.
